Founded in 1992, E&A Construction initially focused on civil construction and power substation projects, primarily serving the Government of Bangladesh. Over two decades, the company was involved in significant government projects, including the construction of major buildings and the supply of materials for large-scale infrastructure.

In 2013, E&A shifted to the trade sector, launching the CC camera business under Cyber Visual, providing security solutions to clients such as Bangladesh Commerce Bank, Prime Bank, and Purta Bhaban. In 2014, the company introduced EA Pump & Motor, which continues to thrive in the water pump industry. In 2016, EA Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) were introduced, with clients like Godrej Bangladesh, Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College, and IFIC Bank. However, this division concluded in 2017. In 2018, E&A partnered with the Chinese multinational Delixi to launch Delixi-Homelc BD Ltd., solidifying their presence in the electrical products market in Bangladesh.
